Consent Document

Version 2.0 — Effective date: 23 July 2026

This document explains what you consent to and what you do not have to consent to. It is separate from the Terms of Service.

Processing that does not rely on consent

To provide AiActs we process account, authentication, assessment, report, security and audit data. This is necessary to perform our contract with you and is not optional while your account exists. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Payment data is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record when you subscribe.

Optional — analytics

You may allow analytics and product-improvement tracking. Analytics scripts do not run until you accept them in the cookie banner.

Optional — marketing

You may allow product updates and marketing emails. Refusing or withdrawing this does not affect your use of the service.

Withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw optional consent at any time in Account → Privacy & Data, or by writing to hello@aiacts.ai. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect processing carried out before it.

Each consent and withdrawal is recorded with date, time, document version and method.
