AiActs performs automated regulatory analysis. It does not provide legal advice. Results must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before any compliance decision or regulatory submission.

By creating an account or using AiActs you agree to these Terms.
What AiActs does
AiActs analyses information you provide against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act). It classifies AI systems, identifies obligations that may apply, and generates reports. Cited provisions remain visible so you can verify them.
Not legal advice
AiActs is a software service, not a legal service. Aimperia LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation or any other professional service delivered by a person. No lawyer-client relationship is created by using it. Output is informational and does not replace assessment by a qualified lawyer. You remain responsible for decisions you make. Aimperia LLC accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of AiActs output alone.
Plans and payment
AiActs is offered on monthly subscription plans, and a free plan is available. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Your purchase contract for the subscription is with Paddle. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes, refunds and billing support. Aimperia LLC provides and supports the service itself.
Refunds and cancellation are governed by the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use AiActs to analyse AI systems you operate or are responsible for. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or redistribute the platform, its knowledge base or its outputs for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may suspend access where necessary for security or abuse prevention.
Limitations
The knowledge base reflects sources as of the date shown in the report. Coverage depends on your plan and on the completeness and accuracy of the information you enter. Results may be incomplete or may not reflect the most recent legal developments. The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aimperia LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of AiActs.

Record of acceptance
When you accept these Terms we record the version, time, method, document URL and a short text snapshot in your account records. You can view this in Account → Legal & Requests.
Complaints and support
Service complaints and support requests: Account → Legal & Requests, or hello@aiacts.ai. We respond within 30 days unless the law requires sooner. Billing complaints go to Paddle via paddle.net.
Changes
We publish a new version before a change takes effect and notify registered users by email of material changes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be excluded by agreement.
