About AiActs
AiActs is operated by Aimperia. Contact: hello@aiacts.ai. By using AiActs you agree to these terms.
What AiActs does
AiActs provides automated regulatory analysis based on EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689). The platform classifies AI systems, identifies applicable obligations, and generates compliance reports. All outputs are deterministic and traceable to the source article of law.
Not legal advice
The platform does not constitute legal advice. Outputs are informational only. Aimperia is not a law firm. Before making any compliance decision or regulatory submission, results must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional. Aimperia accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AiActs outputs alone.
Beta access
During the beta period, access is by invitation only. The service is provided free of charge to beta participants. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without notice. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Acceptable use
You may use AiActs to analyse AI systems you operate or are responsible for. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the platform, its knowledge base, or its outputs for commercial purposes without written permission from Aimperia.
Data
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aimperia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AiActs.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of Aimperia's place of incorporation.
