Aimperia LLC (Georgia, Identification Number 400470806, Tbilisi, Nadzaladevi district, Erosi Manjgaladze street, N 75a) provides AiActs on a monthly subscription basis.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through this website. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, refunds and all billing-related support. Your purchase contract is with Paddle; the service itself is provided and supported by Aimperia LLC.

Free plan

A free plan is available. It lets you run an assessment and see the result before you pay. We recommend using it before subscribing.

14-day refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. If you have not generated any report under the paid plan, the refund is granted in full. No reason is required.

If you have already generated a report, you have received the product, and the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies. Paddle may still grant a refund at its discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until that date. No further payments are taken.

Renewals

The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where required by law.
