Recommendation Technology Rules
Version 2.0 — Effective date: 23 July 2026
AiActs uses search, ranking and rule-matching to help you find provisions of the EU AI Act that may apply to your case. The service is informational and does not replace legal advice.
What is processed
- Your answers and the analysis path you select.
- Search keywords and report context.
- Legal corpus metadata and symbolic rule matches.
- Your plan limits, which define available report scope and formats.
How recommendations are formed
The system compares your description with indexed legal provisions, applies classification rules, and orders candidate provisions by relevance. LLM-generated text may be used for explanations; the cited legal sources remain visible so you can verify them.
Your control
You can review the report, check every cited provision, download the formats included in your plan, and start a new assessment with corrected input.
Limits
Results may be incomplete and require review by a lawyer. AiActs makes no binding legal decision and does not restrict your rights on the basis of a recommendation.
